The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Adjourned Session at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 2 o'clock i' .M. R Dupree ( excused on account of sickness) Meeting called to order by the Chairman. Thereupon the Board resolved itself into adjourned session as a Tax Equalization Board for the purpose of considering complaints registered as to assessed valuations for the year 1938, as well as to adjust any inequalitites as may be found or to make such changes as may be considered advisable on the 1938 Tax Roll as prepared by the Tax Assessor. Thereupon the following action was taken with respect to complaints as to valuations presented to the Board at its meeting in July as well as any other complaints filed with the City Clerk since that time.
