CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, September 19 at 7:30 P M-19 39
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session .
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7 :30 o'clock P.M. September
19th. 1938.
Present: Commissioner Edward Higgins, Mayor.
" Walter S. Coleman
" A.W.Lee
" M.J.Lodge
City Clerk F.S. Lamson
Absent: Commissioner W.R.Dupree ( excused on account of sickness.)
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Board proceeded to a further study, item by item, of the estimate
of revenues and expenditures for the year 1938 -1939, as prepared by the City Clerk,
final action being deferred pending further consideration.
The meeting then adjourned until 7:30 o'clock P.M. September 21, 1939.
