The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at 1:30 010lock P.M. March 17, 1932.
Present: Commissioner T.L.Dunus, Mayor.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Chairman then announced that the meeting was held at the request of the City
of Sanford Bondholders Protective Committee and its representatives, the following of
which were present:
Kenneth M. Keefe
A.C.Mittendorf As the Committee
C.T. Diehl
E.J.L'Engle
F.P.Fleming Counsel for the Committee.
J.W.Shands
Thereupon Kenneth M. Keefe, Chairman of the Committee, announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to acquaint the other members of this Committee with the desires of the
City concerning the Bond situation, and with particular reference to request of the Com-
mission heretofore made that a permanent settlement.be effected.
A thorough discussion then followed concerning these subjects,af ter which the
meeting adjourned to meet again at a later date for further consideration of these
matters.
