CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, 'Tan 5 f 9 31
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Special Session at the
City Hall in Sanford, Florida at 10:30 O'Clock A.M. January 5, 1931.
Present: Commissioner H.J.Lehman, M ayor.

" Frank L. Woodruff
City Attorney Fred R.Wilson
City Clerk, F.S.Lamson
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Commissioner Woodruff moved that the Clerk be instructed to separate all funds on
hand as required by the Charter, that all meter deposits on hand be placed in a separate
account, that all funds that are applicable to payment on bond interest be placed in a
separate account, and that all water works earnings for the year beginning October let,
1930, be placed in a separate account.
Seconded by Commissioner Leffler and carried by the following vote:
