The City Commissiow of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned sessiom
at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at Eight O'Clock P,M August 31, 1931.
Present: Commissioner T.L.Dumas , Mayor.

Meeting called
to order by the Chairman.
The Commission
then proceeded to sit as a Tax
Equalization,ipoard to review com-
plaints received as
to assessed
valuation for the year
1931 and to adjust other
inequalities
which may be discovered.
After careful
consideration and comparison, the

The condition of the roof of the Hotel Mayfair was m xt brought to the attention
'of the Commission, and on motion duly adopted, Superintendent Moughton was authorized
to have necessary repairs made at a cost of approximately $207.00, payable from the Contingent
Fund.
The meeting then adjourned.
