The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Regular Session at the
City Hall in Sanford, Florida at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. September 28, 1931.
Present: Commissioner T.L.Durzs, Mayor.

City Clerk F.S.Lamson
Absent: Commissioner H.J.Lehman
City Attorney Fred R.Wilson.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Commissioner Byrd then moved that due to the presence in the City of Congresswoman
Ruth Bryan Owens making her annual report, that the meeting adjourn to meet again at €
O'Clock P.M. September 29th. 1931.
Seconded by Commissioner Speer and unanimously carred.
Thereupon the meeting adjourned to meet again at 8 O'clock P M September 29, 1931.
