The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Annual
Session at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida at 12 O'Clock Noon, December 9th. 1931.
Present: Commissioner T.L.Dumas, Mayor.

Absent: Commissioner H.J.Lehman

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Commission then proceeded to, canvass the returns of the General Municipal
Election held on December Sth, 1931, to elect one City Commissioner, and found the result
of said election to be as follows:

Mutilated ballots thrown out 1
Total ballots cast 37
Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Speer, seconded by Commissioner Leffler
and unanimously carried, D.A.Leff ler was declared to be the regularly elected Commissioner
of .the City of Sanford, Florida, for the three year term commencing the Tuesday after
the first Monday in January , 1932•
On motion duly adopted, the Clerk was next instructed to pay $5.00 each to the
Clerk and Inspectors of the aforesaid election for their services.
