The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Adjourned sessio$
at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at S O'Clock P,M. Eovember25, 1931.
Present: Commissioner T.L.Dumas, Mayor.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Chairman then announced that the purpose of the meeting was to consider mat-
ters pertaining to the operation of the new municipal aviation field, and more particular-
ly to consider a proposed contraot-between the City and Mr. E.J. Goerringer, whereby
Mr. G4oerringer is to construct an airplane storage hangar and is to be allowed certain ex-
clusive privileges at the field.
After a careful consideration of the proposed contract and other matters pertain-
ing to the field, action was deferred until later, and the meeting adjourned to meet again
at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. November 30, 1931.
