The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at the City
Mall iA,,,Sanford, Florida, at 4 :30 O'Clock P.M. October 29, 1930.
Present: Commissioner H.J.Lehman, Mayor.

City Clerk, F.S.Lamson
Absent: Commissioner W.A.Leff ler

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Chairman then announced that the meeting had been called to consider a request made
by the Attorneys for the Bond Holders Protective Committee for permission to take an appeal
in the name of the City of Sanford from the decision of the Judge of the Circuit Court in a
Mandamus Proceeding now before that Court to compel the City to pay certain past due Special
assessment Bonds and accrued interest, provided such decision, when rendered, is adverse to
the City.
After a thorough consideration, action upon this request was decided to be unnecessary
until such time as the decision of the Judge of the Circuit Court has been r9rp,ered.
The meeting then adjourned.
