The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session at the City
Hall in Sanford, Floti.da, at D30"'O!Clock,'P K', Segtembet 30, 1930•

Absent: Commissioner H.J.Lehman ( Mayor)
In the absence of the Mayor, and on motion duly carried, Commissioner Speer was appointed
Chairman of the meeting.
On motion duly adopted, at many of the 0ity,0ommission as possible and the City Clerk, were
authorized to proceed to Tallahassee with Associate Counsel Cary D.Landis, to attend the oral
arguments before the State Supreme Court on October 2, 1930, in the Mandamus proceedings
instituted to compel the levying of sufficient tax to pay all past due bond interest and prin-
cipal, together with that falling due in the fiscal year commencing October 1, 1930.
The Commission then proceeded to a further consideration and revision of he Occupational
license taxes of the City of Sanford, Floxida,after which the meeting a�Yj �(ed.
