The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session at the
City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. September 29, 1930.
Present: Commissioner F.L.Miller
" w.A.Leffler
N R.A.Newman
V.A.Speer
City Attorney Fred R.Wilson
City Clerk, F.S.Lamson
Absent: Commissioner H.J.Lehman
In the absence of the Mayor, Commissioner Newman moved that Commissioner Speer be ap-
pointed as Acting Chairman of the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Miller and carried.
Thereupon Commissioner Speer took the Chair.
The Commission then-proceeded to a further consideration and revision of the Occupa-
tional license taxes of the City of Sanford, Florida, due record being made by the Clerk of
all changes recommended, for incorporation in proper ordinance form.
The meeting then adjourned to meet again at 7 :30 O'Clook P.M. SepPl er 30, 1930.
