CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, December 3 at 12:00 M.

The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session
at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at 12 O'Clock Noon, December 3, 1930.
Present: Commissioner H.J.Lehman, Mayor
" W.A.Leffler
0 P.A.Speer
City Attorney, Fred R.Wilson
City Clerk, F.S.Lamson.
Absent: Commissioner R.A.Newman
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The purpose of the meeting was to canvass the returns of the General Municipal
Election held on December 2nd, 1930, to elect two City Commissioners.
Thereupon the Commission proceeded to canvass the returns of said General Munici-
pal Election and found the results to be as follows:
Group No . 1
For C.A.Byrd 137
For F.L.Miller 3
Jr9un No. 2
For T.L.Dumas 134
For R.A.Newman 3
Mutilated Ballots thrown-out 2
Total cast 143

Thereupon, upon motion of._Commissioner Speer, deoonded by Commissioner Leffler, and
carried, C.A.Byrd and T.L.Dumas were deglared to be the regularly elected Commissioners of the
City of Sanford , Florida, in Groups_Nos• 1 and 2, respectively, for the three year terms.
commencing the Tuesday after the first Monday in January , 1931.
On motion of Commissioner Speer, seconded by Commissioner
the meeting then adjourned.
