ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION.
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session at
the City Hall in Sanford, Florida at 3:30 O'Clock P M January 8, 1930.

The purpose of the meeting was to consider the employment of Associate Counsel to as-
list City Attorney Nilson in handling the financial affairs of the City of Seaford.
After considerable discussion, Commissioner Leffler moved that the Commissiorrn confirm
arrangements made for the employment of Mr Cary D.Landis as Special Counsel to assist City
Attorney Wilson in handling the financial matters of the City of Sanford at a fee of $6000.00
per year, together with any actual expenses which may be incurred. $1000.00 to be paid at
once and the balance iii twelve equal monthly installments; this arrangement to be subject to
re- adjustment at the end of the year. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Miller and
adopted by the following votes:

" Speer Aire.
Mr Landis, being present, accepted the arrangement as outlined.above.
Commissioner Miller next moved that the City confirm arrangements heretofore made
with City Attorney Wilson to handle the financial matters of the City of Sanford arising out
subject to revision at the end of the year,
of the default on its bonds at a fee of $3000.00 per year, payable in twelve equal monthly
installments, the first two installments to be paid in advance, together with any actual
by the following
expenses which may be incurred. Seconded by Commissioner Newman and adopted
vote:
