The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session at the
City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at 7: 30 P M. March 5, 1930.
Present: Commissioner H J.Lehman, Mayor.

Chief of Police, R.G.Williams
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Letter read from The Florida State Fireman's Association calling attention to the
Convention to be held at Vero Beach on April 7, to 10th. and requesting that as many repre-
sentatives from Sanford as possible be present.
No action.
Letter fead from Kenneth M.Keefe, Chairman of the Bond Holders Protective Committee,
enclosing statement released in connection with publication of letter heretofore authorized
by the Commission, and same was ordered filed.
On motion duly adopted , the Clerk was instructed to publish form letter addressed to
owners of City of Sanford bonds, in the New York Times, provided the cost does not exceed
$100.00
The meeting then adjourned.
