CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA,_ Tune 40-at 4-00 P -M -I
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, .Florida, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at 4 :30 O +Clook P.M. June 4, 1930.
Present: Commissioner H.J.Lehman, Mayor.

" R.A.Hewman
" V.A.Speer
City Clerk, F.S.Lamson
Commissioner Leffler made the motion that the City of Sanford offer to the
County of Seminole $3500.00 in full discharge of all claims that the said County of
Seminole may have against the City of Sanford, subject to proper exchange of documents
between the City of Sanford and the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Seminole.
Seconded by Commissioner Miller and carried unanimotbly by the following vote:

The Clerk was then instructed
