The City Commission of the City of Sanford,.Florida, met in adjourned Session
at the City Hall in Sanford, Florida, at 1::30 01010ok P.Y. May 14, 1930.
Present: Commissioner H J Lehman , Mayor.

Absent: Commissioner F.L.Miller
Mr. Linton Allen, President of the Sanford Atlantic rational Bank, appeared with
reference to arrangements heretofore authorised by the Commission whereby coupons due July lot,
1929 and January let. 1930, taken from Utility Bonds dated January let, 1924 and Series 00
Bonds dated July lot 1926, are to be paid , requesting a guarantee from the City of the Authen-
ticity of the coupons to be paid, and also stating difficulty in making arrangements with the
Chase rational Bank for handling this matter.
Commissioner Leffler moved that the place of payment of the coupons in question
be designated as the Guaranty Trust Company, of NOW York, instead of the Chase rational Bank
of low York, and that the following letter, to be signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk, be addressed to the Sanford Atlantic rational Bank:

Gentlemen:
We rotor to our letter addressed to you under date of May 1, 1930 in which we asked
you to arrange to pay coupons due July 1, 1929 and January 1, 1930 taken from the following
bonds of the City of Sanford, Florida:
Utility Bonds, dated Jan 1, 1924 and due Jan 19 1954, interest 50 per annva, bonds
nos. 1 to 375 incl., 750 coupons at $27.50 each ------ -._._-.. 20,625.00
Series 009 dated July 1, 1926,and due July 1, 1956 interest 4% per
annum, Bonds ros 1 to 23, incl., 30 to 171 iucl., 1a to 214, inc ., 220 to
231 incl., 233 to 3151 inol., and 317 to 3A5 incl., 2 coupon, at 27.50 each -n- UTT.1,0-15
Total of coupons to be paid - _ -_r- ter-- ,

For your protection we hereby guarantee the authenticity of the afore -
