CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, March 9th at 7:30 P M-19 36
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida., met in Regular Session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. March 9th. 1936.
Present: Commissioner S.O.Shinholser, Acting Mayor.

If P.N. Whitehurst
City Attorney Fred R.Wilson
City Clerk F.S.Lamson
Absent: Mayor — Commissioner T.L.Dumas.
Commissioner h.A.Leff ler.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman but out of respect for Mayor — Commissioner
T.L.Dumas, whose death occurred at 10:55 A.M. March 9th. no business was transacted
other than to authorize one member of the City Commission and if not possible, the
City Clerk to accompany the body for the final services at the grave in Charleston,
S.C.
The meeting then adjourned to meet again at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. March 12, 1936.
The Board then re- convened as a Municipal Delinquent Tax Adjustment Board and
immediately adjourned until after the adjourned meeting of the City Commission to be
held on March 12, 1936.
