MINUTES
CITY COMMISSION, SANFORD, FLORIDA, March 6 at 9 A.M. 19-35-
TheCity Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special called
session at the City Hall in- Sanford, Florida at-9 O'Clock A.M. March 6., 1935
Present: Commissioner T.L.Dumas Mayor

City Clerk F.S.Lamson
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Chairman then announed that the meeting had been called pursuant to notice
dated March 5th. 1935, delivered personally by the Clerk to each member of the Commission
at 5 O'Clock P.M. March 5, 1935, for the following purpose:
" To consider levy made against the Hotel Mayfair property and action to be
taken by City with respect to the Tax Certificate held by the Riggs Estate."
Thereupon Commissioner Leffler moved that the City make assignment of its
interest in State of Florida and County of Seminole Tax Certificate No. 1122 of 1929
to Dofnos Corporation as Trustee for the City of Sanford Bondholders Protective Com-
mittee, as security for its indebtedness to the said City of Sanford Bondholders
Protective Committee in the amount of $6ttoo.00 for moneys advanced by said Bondholders
Protective Committee for use by the City, said assignment being made to Dofnos Corporation
as Trustee for said City of Sanford Bondholders Protective Committee at the direction
of said City of Sanford Bondholders Protective Committee, and that the Mayor and Clerk
be authorized and directed to execute said assignment on behalf of the City of Sanford,
Florida.
Seconded by Commimsioner Lehman and carried unanimously by the following vote
of the Commission:

The meeting then adjourned.
