The meeting was called to order at 4:20 P.M.
Tom Stevenson and Joe Russi were present to discuss the Board's
recommendations for restoration on the Ideal Garage Building at 201
E. Commercial Street.
Discussion was held regarding the cost of stabilizing the building.
Mr. Russi indicated that the cost would be approximately
$100,000.00. Further discussion was held regarding the potential
for future usage if the building was stabilized.
It was recommended that Mr. Stevenson attend the next meeting to
discuss and receive the Board's formal recommendations for
restoration or any other ideas for the building. Mrs. Turner was
requested to contact Mr. Stevenson once the meeting was scheduled.
As there was no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
