The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Kevin Stubbs, at
5:05 P.M.
Patricia Thomas, was present and submitted an Application for
Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the fence at 1210
Magnolia Avenue.
Laura Straehla moved to approve the Application for Certificate of
Appropriateness to replace the fence at 1210 Magnolia Avenue. The
rough -sawn cedar fence will be located on the rear property line,
and it will be 5 feet high with 12 inch lattice (total height 7
feet ). Seconded by Monte Olinger and carried by unanimous vote.
Discussion was held regarding City Staff handling certain levels of
Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness for the Residential
Historic District. It was recommended that the topic be placed on
the next Historic Preservation Board Agenda for further discussion.
There being no further business before the Board, the Meeting was
adjourned at 5:25 P.M.
