City Commission Conference Room City Hall, Sanford, Florida Members Present: Kevin Stubbs, Chairman Chris Cranias Monte Olinger Laura Sollien Helen Stairs Laura Straehla Members Absent: Cal Conklin Jerry Mills Elizabeth Simons 011ie Williams The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Kevin Stubbs, at 5:20 P.M. G. Jeffery Garland submitted an Application for Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the fire - destroyed garage apartment at 910 Park Avenue. Thomas Speer was present to represent Mr. Garland's application.. Laura Sollien moved to approve demolition of the non - contributing structure at 910 Park Avenue due to the extensive fire damage. The demolition is only for the garage apartment, not the main structure. Seconded by Chris Cranias and carried by unanimous vote.
