The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Kevin Stubbs, at
5:20 P.M.
G. Jeffery Garland submitted an Application for Certificate of
Appropriateness to demolish the fire - destroyed garage apartment at
910 Park Avenue. Thomas Speer was present to represent Mr.
Garland's application..
Laura Sollien moved to approve demolition of the non - contributing
structure at 910 Park Avenue due to the extensive fire damage. The
demolition is only for the garage apartment, not the main
structure. Seconded by Chris Cranias and carried by unanimous
vote.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
