An Ordinance Prohibiting any i'erson, Firm or Corpora-
tion from Receiving or Having in His, Her, Their or Its 'ossession
any Spirituous, Vinous or Malt Liquors in the City of Sanford, Flori-
da, Except such Spirituous, Vinous or lialt Liquors be Received or Had
or Held in Accordance with the Laws of the State of Florida, and Pro-
viding a Penalty for the Violation thereof.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE' OF THE CITY OF SA1,11FORD9
FIARIDA;
Section 1. .that it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to receive directly or indirectly, or to have in
his$ her, their or its possession, custody or control in the City of
Sanford, Florida* any spirituous, vinous or malt liquors except it
be received, had or held in his, her, their or its possession in ac-
cordance with the Laws of the State of Florida.
i Section 2. '.Chat any person, firm or corporation violat-
ing any of the provisions of this Act shall, upon conviction, be
punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars (450J.00), or
by imprisonment: not exceeding sixty (60) days.
Section 3. ghat this Ordinance shall be published once
within ten (10) days after its final passage, in a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Sanford, Florida:
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall become effective
