MEETIiuG OF THE CITY COMMISSIONERS ELECT.
The Commissioners met in the City Hall at Eight o'clock P.M-Tuesday
January 6th.1920 for the purpose of organization.
Meeting was called to order by Mr. H. R. Stevens, there were present S. 0. Chase
Charles E Henry, ant H.R. Stevens they being duly sworn proceeded to the
nomination and election of a Mayor, S.O. Chase nominated H.R. Stevens,nom
ination seconded by C.E.Henry and he was unanimoubly elected.!Ir.Stevens
accepted the office of Mayor and was duly sworn.

business of the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida.
Section 3: That all meetings of the City Commission,
and of the committees thereof, shall be public, and any citizen shall
have access to the minutes and records thereof at , all reasonable times.
Section 4: What at all regular leetings of the City
Commission tie order of business shall be as follows : -
(a) Reading minutes of previous meetinm.
(b) Reading communications, bills and4,notices.
(c) Reports of City 1,1anager, City Auditor and Clerk,
