Council met in regular session at 7.30 PM. Present, F.L.Miller, Pros
G.D.Bishop, Roy Symes, R.A.NeSman John Adams and L.P.Hagan.
Absent. G. F. Smith.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Mr. J. F. Laing appeared before the board relative purchase of
lot from City. No action taken.
Fred Clair presented evidence of not having lived in the City for the
past several years and on motion Roy Symes, seconded by G.D.Bishop and
carried amount collected $20.90 ordered refunded.
Refund made to Clair by warruat.

Motion L.P.Hagan seconded by G.D.Bishop /that President of the Council
meet with Commissioners tuesday night representing the Council in the
transfer of the City affaird.
Reports of committees read and accepted.
Motion R.A.Newman seconded by L.P.Hagan and carried, President of
Council confer with Commissioners and advise them that this board requests
IIt. Public Works and Chief of Police be paid for full month of Jany
they are not retained in the service.
On motion G.D.Bishop seconded by L.P.Hagan and carried Southern Utilities
Co. be requested to move hydrant corner Commercial and Patk Avenues as
design"od by City Engineer.
