Minutes last meeting read and approved
The Equalizing Board submitted the following report.
To The Hon..City Commission
of the City of Sanford, Fla.
The Equalizing Board called by the City Auditor and Clerk Aug.16 and 23rd.
1920 to'bear all claims and objections as to the character of the improvement on
Palmetto Avenue,between Second Street and Tenth Street,and to determine the equity
of assessments as provided in the special assessment rolls filed with the said Board
covering all lands abutting on said palmetto Avenue between the points named.
Submit the following report:
We have heard all oomplaints,have fully considered the matter and are of the
opinion that the improvements aforesaid are necessary,and recommend that they pro -
ceed,we further find that the assessment rolls covering the property abutting on
said improvements are equitable and just, and we recommend that the said rolls here-
with submitted be accepted and approved by the City Commission as they have been
accepted and approved by the Equalizing Board.

On motion this report was adopted by unanimous vote of the City Commission

By the unanimous vote of the Commission the Auditor & Clerk was instructed to
authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court to accept settlement of same on payment
of all takes and costs omitting the interest.
Commuiioation from Mr M.F.Robinson requesting concessions on Tax Certificate
1 - 1911, against Lot 11, Block 6, Tier 1, and by unanimous vote of the Commission
the Auditor and Clerk was instructed to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court
to accept settlement of same upon the payment - of all taxes and costs omitting the
Interest..
The following warrants were read; and the bills approved and the Auditor. &
Clerk authorized to draw checks covering the same.
