Minutes of last regular sheeting 8und:;bfIrSPeoial Meeting October 18 read and
approved.
A Committee from the Seminole County Fair Association came before the Com-
mission and made application for a licensesto place Johnie Jones Carnival shows-
in the City Limits;on motion by C E Aenry,seoonded by 8 0 Chase and carried,
the City Collector was authorized to issue said license in accord with ordinance
dated January 4,1915
Mr W J Thigpin requested.some concession on side -walk lien against Lot 2,
Blk 16,Tr4;on motion g 0 Chase,seoonded by C E Henry the City Attorney was w
authorized to accept settlement of this lien upon payment of the face of the
lien and costs omitting the interest,providing payment be made at once.
Communication from the Meisch RealtyCo.relative to extension of sewers in
Alook 13,Tier 4 was read and referred to the City Manager.
Communication from Hon Schelle Maines inolosing check for $23.00,being the
difference between check paid him for Municipal Fees for the month of September
$98.00 and accepted salary of $75.00
The following warrants were read and approved and the &ditor and Clerk au-
thorized to draw checW to pay same.
