MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION
WEDNESDAY Dec.8,1920 12 O'clock Noon.
Meeting for the purpose of canvassing the Election Returne,ofthe Munibip al
Election held Tuesday December 7,1520 as provided in Sec.215,City Charter.
Meeting called to order by Mayor, H. R. Stevens. present: H.R. Stevens, C. E. Henry
and S. 0. Chase, Commissioners and C.J. Ryan, City Manager.
The Ballot Box containing the Ballots and Registration Roll were presented
by L 14_� Philips, Auditor & Clerk, and of ter canvassing the same and finding a total oi:
Seventy -one (71) Ballots had been oast for City Commissioner, and that of these,S.O Chase
had received Seventy -one (71) Votes it was moved by C + Henry and seconded by S.O.Chase
that the City Commission hereby declare that S.0 Chase is duly elected to serve as City
Commissioner of the City of Sanford,Florida for the next ensuing three years and the
Auditor & Clerk is hereby authorized to furnish Mr S.O.Chase with a certificate of
this Election. Same was unanimously passed.
There being no futther business the meeting adjourned.
