Ryan City Yanager. Minutes of last regular and Adjourned meetings reaa and approved. jrr F. L. Miller came before the Board and asked for concessions on Tax Sale Certificate #S against Lot 10, Block 3, Tier 2, Sanford for 1912 Taxes. On motion duly seconded and carried the Clerk was instructed to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court to accept set llexent of this certificate upon payment of the face of certificate omitting the costs and interest. The matter of aide walk certificate W-124 against Lot 6,Block 6 Tier 4 still showing a balance due or x`40.00. The Clerk called attention to a letter from Former City Attorney J J Dickinson dated 7/3/1919 stating that full payment had been made and satisfaction is- sued to Mrs F B Stephens and swie has been duly recorded in the records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Book 1 Page 104, April 22,1915. On motion duly seconded and passed the City Auditor and Clerk was instructed to can- cal the balance of X40. CO now shown a- ,ainSt this certificate. Communication from J R Hayden Co. relative to assessrrei:t against one automobile stat- ink, that said automobile had not born kept in City or Sanford in 1920 and asking cancel- lation of this valuation on their personal property,the amount of valuation being �' 850.G0 leaving their assessment at a value of �i150.00. WHEREAS; The City Charter provides (Sec 105) that a Sinking Fund shall be established to retire the Bonded indebtedness of the City,and `r- HEREAS, no Sinking Fund now exists nor has ever been provided, Now Therefore. BE IT RESOLVED, That a Sinking Fund to retire the Outstanding Bonds,Warrants and other Obligations of the city of Sanford Florida,is hereby created,and it is further Resolved that the following Assets of the City of Sanford,Florida are hereby set asid for the exclusive purpose of providing said Sinking Fund and that the monies realized from said assets together with the interest accruing thereon a re hereby appropriated to be used exclusively for said Sinking T,und.
