ized to direct the Clark of the Circuit Court to cancel the Tax Sale Certificates
described in and directed to be cancelled by Decr--a e.,aY 17,1907 in the Chancery,
Case of J.D. uaGruaer vs. City of S�furd if upon inva6ti&ation it appears that said
Certificates should be cancelled.
