CALLED MEETING OF CITY COMMISSION
September 13,1921
Called to order by Mayor, H R Stevens, at One O'clock P.M.
Meeting called for the purpose of considering Building permit #530, issued to
Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Takach, under date of September 10,1921.
It appearing that said building had been already erected before application
for Said permit was made and this being kn violation to Sec. 206 of the Ordinances
Of the City of Sanford. It was moved by S. O. Chase, seconded by C. r. henry that said
permit #530 be, and it is hereby revoked. Same was unanimously carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
