Present: H.R.Stevens, Mayor, S.O.Chase, Commissioner.
Canvass of Returns showed:

For Forrest Lake 551
" H R Stevens 381
Showing majority of ....................170 for Forrest Lake , and he was
therefore declared elected, and the Auditor & Clerk was instructed to furnish Mr.
Forrest Lake a certificate of Election.
The meeting then adjourned.
