WHEREAS , it has been made to appear to the satisfaction of the City Commission
that the cemetery is being neglected, and that the condition is such as to impera-
tively demand relief for the benefit of the lot owners in said cemetery, as well
as the citizens of Sanford at large, NOW THE:iEFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
That the said City should acquire the said Lake View Cemetery for the use and
benefit of her citizens.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the City of Sanford, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to acquire the said Lake
Cemetery, eithe r by purchase from the 3laimar_ts thereof, or by condemnation pro-
