duly inspecting the same and witnessing due tests as to capacity and finding same
in accordance with specifications laid down in contract. On motion the Commission
uninimously accepted same and authorized the payment of 02,000.00 cash payment,
and the signing by the -Mayor and City Manager of fide notes of x'2,100.00 each
payable one, - two,- three, - four, - and five,- years from date with interest
Cc 6% per annum, payable annually. And also authorized the Mayor, City Manager, and
Auditor & Clerk,to negotiate a loan 02,000.00 on 60 days time over ca3tk payment
on the same.
