MONDAY MARCH 6,1922 City Commission met in Adjourned lie- ular Session at 8 P.M. Present, C.E.Henry,Mayor,S.O.Chase and orrest Lake, Commissioners, C J Ryan City P«anager, G.G.Herring, City Attorney. Petitions signed by 521 being more than 35%) of the duly qualified vdters of the City of Sanford, asking that certain amendments to the City Charter.as outlined in the petitions be submitted to the Electors of the City of Sanford, were presented, accepted and -piled. The Commission then took up the matter of street paving and other im- provements lookir_g to a Bond Issue to cover cost of same.
