Present: C E Henry,Magor,S.O.Chase and Forrest Lake, Commissioners, C J Ryan,City Manager, G.G.Herring, City Attorney. I'dinutes of last Regular and Adjourned meetings read and approved. Mrs.E.E.Cox requested the Commission to permit the Redpath Chantaqua to hold its entertainments four days in April without License, request was granted. Petition from citizens on Sanford Heights for paving and opening certain streets r(,ad ,accepted ar_d, filed.
