Meeting called to order by Mayor C E Henry, at 8 P.M.
Present: C E Henry,Magor,S.O.Chase and Forrest Lake, Commissioners,
C J Ryan,City Manager, G.G.Herring, City Attorney.
I'dinutes of last Regular and Adjourned meetings read and approved.
Mrs.E.E.Cox requested the Commission to permit the Redpath Chantaqua to
hold its entertainments four days in April without License, request was granted.
Petition from citizens on Sanford Heights for paving and opening certain
streets r(,ad ,accepted ar_d, filed.
The following resolution was read:

Resolution declaring that the City Commission of the City cf Sanford
Florida, Iccept the proposition of the Meisch Realty Company, a corporation

for the exchange of property of-the Meisch Realty Company with the City for
Lots 37 and 38 of Holden's Addition to Sanford, Florida; providing in detail
for the method of making such exchange, and for the execution of a deed from
the City of Sap-ford to the Said Meisch Realty Company
WHEREAS, Meisch Realty Company, a corporation, has offered to deed and convey
unto the City of Sanford by a good and sufficient warranty deed the following
described property, situate in the City of Sanford, County of Seminole, and
Satate of Florida, more particularly described as follows: towit:
All, except fractional East Half of Block Seven 0), of Tier Twelve
(12), of Sanford, Florida, according to E.R.Trafford's Map of Sanford, Florida
as per plat thereof duly of record, more particularly described as all of
Block Seven(7) of Tier
Twelve
(12),
except
that
part bounded as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection
of the

Lire
of Fifth Street
with the west
line of Cedar Avenue, run 117est 145 ft. thence south 170 ft. , thence southwest-
erly 110 ft. , thence east 220 ft, thence north 264 ft. to point of beginning,
and also except, beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of Sixth
Street and Poplar Avenue, run North 50 ft. thence east 124 ft. , thence south
50 .ft, thence west 124 ft, to point of beginning., provided the City of Sanford
shall in return convey unto the Meisch Realty Company, a corporation, the fol-
lowing described property, situate in the City of Sanford, County of Seminole
and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,towit:
Lots thirty- seven(37) and thirty- eight(38) of Holden's Addition to
Sanford, Florida, as per plat thereof, duly of record, and, •

WHEREAS, it is deemed and considered that it would be to the best interest of the
City of Sanford to accept the proposition offered it by 11eisch Realty Company, a
.corporation,
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, the the ]2roposition of the'"leisch Realty Company, a cor-
poration, be accepted, and upon the conveyance to the City of Sanford, by the Meisch
Realty Company, a corporation, of the following described property situate in the
City of Sanford, Seminole County, Florida more particularly described as follows,towit:

ning, that a good and sufficient deed of conveyance with full covenants or warranty
by the City of Sanford, be made and executed unto the Meisch Realty Company, a cor-
poration, conveying that certain property no�,,r owned by the City of Sanford, lying
and being in the City of Sanford, County of Seminooe and State of Florida, more
particularly described, as follows,towit:
Lots Thirty -seven (37) and Thirty -Eight (38) of Hol den s Addition to Sanford,
Florida, as per plat thereof duly of record, and
BE IT FUR,7=11 REUOTVED, that the deed of conveyance to be executed by the City of
Sanford shall be executed by the Mayor of the City of Sanford, and the Commissioners
of the City of Sanford, and duly attested by the Clerk of the City of Sanford.
The foregoin resolution was unanimously adopted by the City Commission of the
City of Sanford, Florida, this the 13th day of March A.D.1922
