City Commission met in Special Session, called by the Mayor, I'lednesday March
22,1922 at 11 A.M.
Present: C.E Henry, Mayor, 8 G ghaso,and Forrest Lake , Commissioners.
After due discussion it was moved by Forrest Lake, seconded by S 0 Chase and
unanimously passed that Tt7r George A DeCottes be and he is hereby selected, appointed
and authorized to handle the proposed Bond Issue now before th Commission, to draw all
Resolutions, ordinances and instruments pertaining thereto, and that the Auditor & Clerk
notify Mr DeCobtes of this action and also notify Mr G G Herring, City Attorney to
turn over to the Auditor & Clerk all papers and data now in his possession relative to this
this matter.-
The meeting then adjourned.
