The City Commission of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at the City
Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 3 :00 P.M. Wednesday, June 28,1922
Present: Commissioners, C.E.Henry, S.O.Chase and Forrest ake

,The Following resolution was offered by Commissioner Chase and the same unani-
mously adopted: .At S
BE IT RESOLVED that the fidelity bonds of Forrest Pake, S 0 Chase and C.E."enry
as Ex Officio Bond Trustees of the City of Sanford, Florida, serving in connection
with an issue of bonds in the sum of 0325,000,.00 of an authorized issue of bonds of
the City of Sanford, Florida, in the sunk of $6259000100, authorized at an election
held thro- ighout the City of Sanford, Florida, May 17,1922 with the United States
Fidelity and Guaranty Company, a corporation of Baltimore, Md. authorized to do busi-
ness in the State of Florida, as surety on said bonds, each of said bonds being in
the sum of Five Thousand Dollars, conditioned upon the faithful performance respect-
ively of the said Forrest Fake, $ 0 Chase and C E Henry, of their rasp ectife duties
as said Rx Officio Bond Trustees,, be an& the same are hereby fally approved by this
Commission as to form and sufficiency and as to the responsibility of the surety
thereon, and,
BE It FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Fidelity bonds of the said Forrest
Lake, S 0 Chase, and C E henry, be and the same are this day taken and approved
by the City Gommission of Sanford, Florida.
