BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD# FLORIDA: SECTION 1 That in all portions of the City not included in the fire limits, no building shall be erected or oonstructed nearer to the sidewalk or street line than any other residence in the same block vii* th said building, unless special permission it granted by the City Commission; and in blocks where there are no residences, the City -Commission shall establish the building line before any buildings are erected and no building shall be erected or constructed nearer to the sidewalk or street line than the line so established by the City Commission. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once within ten days after.its fin- al passage and. adoption in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Sanford, Florida. SECTION 3. City of Sanford, Florida, deems it advisable to improve, grade and pave with vitrified brick or other hard surface material the following streets in the City of Sanford, Florida, to -wit: OAK AVENUE; from Tenth Street south to `thirteenth Street..
