Mr. Mills called the meeting to order at 10 AM.

Mr. Loader moved to approve the Minutes of the January 19, 2012 Regular Meeting. Ms. Oyewale
seconded. Motion carried 6 -0.
Presentations /Commendations
Mr. Mills presented a plaque to Rami Yosefian and thanked him for his years of dedication and service
on the Planning and Zoning Commission board.
Public Hearings
Hold a Public Hearing to consider a request to rezone a 2.57 acres parcel at 1300 Rinehart Road to PD,
Planned Development for the Sanford Auto Mall Expansion. Seminole County BCC and SAMY
Reality, LLC, property Owners; Steve Coover - Hutchison, Mamele & Coover, P.A., representative.
Mr. Esler moved to recommend approval to the City Commission per staff's recommendation. Ms.
Oyewale seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 6 -0.

Ms. Muse informed the board there would not be a meeting held on February 16, 2012.
Commissioners Reports
Mr. Newton provided a document to the board regarding his critique of Sanford's Comprehensive
Plan. Mr. Mills requested the board to review the document and be prepared to discuss it at the next
scheduled meeting on March 1, 2012. Ms. Oyewale informed the board she will not be able to attend
the March I" meeting.
