Communication from Georgia Vitrified Brick & Clay Co, re: price of brick `read
and referred to the City Manager.
Commissioner C J Marshall moved and it was duly seconded and passed that the.
Auditor & Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to transfer.any unexpended balances
of appropriations to-such other appropriations as may show a deficiency in closing
accounts for the fiscal year.

covering the construction of certain sidewalks, and same was unanimously passed.
