011824SPECIAL SESSION OF CITY COMMISSION
FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 192+ at 2.30 P.M.
Present: Commissioners Forrest Lake( Mayor), C J Marshall and S 0 Chase, City
Attorney George A DeCottes, City Manager, W B Williams.
Meeting called for the purpose of conferring with Mr. Houston of the Southern
Utilities Company and such other business as necessary.
After due consideration the Commission arrived at a compromise agreement with
Mr Houston;and the City Attorney was instructed to draw suitable ordinance and
present same at next regular meeting of the Commission.
The Commission appointed M3b S 0 Shinholser and Tor A R Key as members of the
Municipal Library Board.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
