Thereupon said resolution was reed in full. Upon the reading of said resolution
the question w;;s put on the adoption of said resolution. Those voting in favor of th
passage and adoption of said resolution - ,vere: Commissioners Forrest Lake, 0 Chase
and C J .arsha.11. Those voting against the Massage and adoption of said resolution
were: Commissioners : None.
Thereupon the Chairman of the Commission announced that the City Commission of
the City of Sanford, Florida had unanimously passed and adopted that Certain Resolu-
tion numbered 133, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, herd surfacing and re -hard surfacin
of Eighth St., from Sanford Ave. west to French Ave,., a width of 24 feet. /,'
Commissioner S 0 Chase introduced Resolution #134 entitled:

The City Commission met in an adjourned session of a Regular Mleeting on the
29th day of April A.D.1924, at 8:)) P.M
Present: Forrest Lake, Mayor, Commissioner. S 0 Chase, Commissioner, 0 J., "Iarsha,ll
Comr�lissioner, L R Philips, City Clerk.
The meeting was called to order by the Idayor who stated that this meeting was
held for the purpose of investigating certain charges recently current upon the
street in connection with the contractor in charge of the improvement of streets,
to- wit: Hutton Engineering & Contracting Co. and lu B Hutton. The Mayor then stated
he would like to interrogate Mr ;:1 B Hutton.
