JULY 7, 1924. at 11 :30 A.M.

Commissioner S 0 Chase offered resolution #143 entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, hard - surfacing and re- hardsurfacing
Of Third St. from Sanford Ave. east to Chapman Ave. and Chapman Ave. from Third St.
North to Union Ave. a width of 24 feet."
Thereupon said resolution was read in full. Upon the reading of said resolution, the
question was put on the adoption of same. Those voting in favor of the passage and
adoption of said resolution were: Commissioner S 0 Chase, Cc ; J Ma,all:.xh6s6 dot #izg1.
against the passage and adoption of said resolution were: Commissioners, none.
Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the Commission had unan
ly passed and adopted that certain resolution numbered 143 entitled:
"A resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, hard - surfacing and re -hard surfacing
Of Third St. from Sanford Ave. east to Chapman Ave. and Chapman Ave. from Third St. Nort
to Union Ave. a width of 24 feet."
Commissioner S 0 Chase offered Resolution #144, entitled.
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
of Evans St. from Park Ave. west to Ella Ave. a width of 24 feet."
Thereupon said resolution was read in full. Upon the reading of said resolution, the
question was put on the adoption of same. Those voting in favor of the passage and
adoption of said resolution were: Commissioners S 0 Chase and C J Marshall. Those vot-
ing against the passage and adoption of said resolution were: Commissioners, none.
Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the Commission
had unanimously passed and adopted that Certain Resolution numbered 144, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfao-
ing of Evans St. from Park Ave. west to Elm Ave. , a width of 24 feet."
Commissioner S 0 Chase offered Resolution #145 entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
of Fourth St. from Sanford Ave. East to Cypress Ave. a width of 24 feet. "
Thereupon said resolution was read in full. Upon the reading of said resolution,
the question was put on the adoption of Same. Those voting in favor of the passage
and adoption of said resolution were. Commissioners S-0 Chase and C J Marshall.
Those voting against the passage and adoption of said resolution were: Commissioners
None. Thereupon the Chairman of the Commission announced that the Commission had
unanimously passed and adopted that certain resolution Numbered 145, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
of Fourth St. from Sanford Ave. east to Cypress Ave. a width of 24 feet."
Commissioner S 0 Chase offered resolution #146, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving, re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
Of Fourthenth Street from Sanford Ave to Palmetto Ave., Fifteenth St. from Sanford Ave.
to Magnolia Ave.; and Sixteenth St. from Sanford Ave. to Magnolia Ave."

Thereupon said resolution was read in
full , upon the reading of said resoluiton,

Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the Commission had unani-
mously passed and adopted that certain resolution numbered 146, entitled:
"A Resolution providing for the paving re- paving, hard surfacing and re -hard surfacing
d$ Fourteenth St. from Salford Ave. to Palmetto Ave.; Fifteenth St. from Sanford Ave.
to Magnolia Ave.; and Sixteenth St. from Sanford Ave. to Magnolia Ave."
Plat of Pine Heights was offered, and upon approval by the City Engineer, same was
accepted by the City Commission and ordered entered on the City Plat Book.
The construction of the Asphalt pavement on Sanford Ave. from Tenth St. south tD
City Limits; Sixth St. from Magnolia Ave. to Oak avenue and from alley between Oak and
Myrtle west to Laurel Ave.; the Widening of Sixth St. from Magnolia Ave to Park Ave.;
and Sixth St. from Myrtle Ave. to Laurel Ave.
having been completed and duly inspected by the Commission, and the City Engineer having
made his reports that the improvement of said portions of Sanford Ave. from Tenth St. to
City Limits, Sixth St. from Magnolia Ave. to Oak Ave.and from alley between Oak and
Myrtle Ave. west to Laurel Ave.; the widening of Sixth St. from.Magnolia Ave. to
PakkiAvv, and Sixth St. from Myrtle to Laurel Ae. had been made in strict conformity wit
t #Q plans and specifications therefor, on file in the office of the City Clerk, and final
estimates having.been prepared and submitted by the Assessor, showing the actual cost of
said pavements chargeable to all property abutting upon said portions of Sanford Ave.
Sixth St. and the widening of Sixth St.; and the completed paving of Sanford Ave. from
Tenth St. to City Limits, Sixth St. from Magnolia Ave. to Oak Ave. -and from alley between
Oak and Myrtel West to Laurel Ave.; the widening of Sixth St. from Magnolia Ave. to
Park Ave. and the widening of Sixth St. from Myrtle Ave. to Laurel Ave., was finally
accepted by the City Commission, and the final assessment rolls, as submitted by the As-
lessor, covering said pavements, showing the actual cost of said pavements, chargeable
to all property abutting upon said streets and avenues, was approved and confirmed,
and the Clerk was ordered and directed.tc publish a notice to all property owners owning
property on Sanford Ave. from Tenth St. south to City Limits,; Sixth St. from Magnoli
Ave to Oak Ave. and from alley between Oak and Myrtle to Laurel Ave; the widening of
Sixth St. from Magnolia Ave. to Park Ave. and the Widening of Sixth St. from Myrtle Ave.
to Laurel Ave. had been finally accepted, and the final assessments against abutting
property on said portions of Sanford Ave. and Sixth St. and the Widening of Sixt St.
as set forth in said final Special Assessment:. Rolle, were payable in full without interes
up to AUGUST 1, 1924, and from and after said date, said Special Assessments would be pays
only in Ten Equal Annual installments with interest at the rate of 8% per annum on all
deferred payments.
