Communication from the City.Planning Commission re. Paving certain streets
was read as follows:

* At a recent meeting of the City Planning Commission the following action was taken on ohs
question of additional street paving:
That Martin Street be paved from Sanford Ave. to park Ave. 20 ft. in width, Spurling
St. from,Sanford Ave. to Park Ave. 16 ft. in width. Katie St. from Sanford Ave. to Park
Ave. 24 ft. in width; Seventh St. from Park Ave. to,0ak Ave., 24 ft. in width; and Elev-
enth St, from Sanford Ave. to French Ave. 24 ft. in width.
The City Planning Commission urges that favorable action be taken on this recommendation:
as the streets previously assigned are the only ones for which no provision has been
made to date for paving between Sanford Ave. and Park Ave. and Geneva Ave. to Lake Mon
roe. The City Planning Commission believes that they should be included under the
present contract.*
On motion duly seconded and passed, said recommendation was accepted.
It was further moved seconded and passed that the following streets be added to list
to be paved.:
Seventh Street from Oak Ave to *ench Ave. 24 ft. in width by widening present
pavement with brick & concrete curb and gutter.
.Also Twelfth St.'from Park Ave. to French Ave.
The Meeting then adjourned.
