ADJOURNED SESSION OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
CITY COMMISSION, OCTOBER. 3, 1924.
Present: Commissioner Forspst Lake, and C J Marshall.
Absent: Commissioner, 8 0 Chase.
Commissioner C J Marshall introduced Resolution #180 (relative to amount
due Hutton Eng. & Cont. Co. on paving contract) and moved the adoption of same;
said resolution was unanimously adopted.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned..
