canvassing the returns of the Municipal Election held Tuesday December 2nd. 1924
for City Commissioner.
Present Commissioner Forrest Lake, Mayor, C J Marshall. Absent Commissioner

Canvass of returns showed Total votes east 207

Mutilated Ballots. 4

Thereupon the Commission declared Mr Forrest Lake elected to serve for a torn
of three years from the First Tuesday after the first Monday in January in January
1925. -
The Clerk was instructed to furnish Mr Lake with a ®ertifieate of election.
The meeting then adjourned.
