Minutes of Lkst regular and adjourned meetings read and approved.
Communication from property owners on East Fourth Street requesting that same be paved
from Locust Ave. to Mellonville AWe. a width of 24 feet- with Finley Method.
Oh motion duly adopted the Clerk was instructed to.writs petitioners wthat it is not the
policy of the Commission to pave may of the principal streets in the heart of the City
except with sheet asphalt on rook base. The Commission will be pleased to proceed to
pave said street in this way.

There being no complaints or objections offered, the City Engineer was instructed
to pressed with construction of said paving, and the assessments against said streets
were declared equalised and confirmed.
Upon request of Mr Fred T Williams, the Commission instructed the Clerk to to-
serve Lot
27 See. G. of the Municipal Cemetery for the burial of Veterans of 011.

The hour having arrived for the opening of bids for the maaufaatuste of 1sOOO
concrete piling for East side Bulkhead sonstrustiont the following bids were opened and
