Meeting called to order by the Nayor and Commissioner-Elect $ 0 Chase, after being
duly sowrn and signing the acceptance of Office entered upon the duties of the same.
Commissioner S 0 Chase then nominated Commissioner Forrest Lake for Mayor for the ensuing
Same was seconded by Commissioner E F Housholder, and the motion prevailed unanimously.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
