Present: City Manager, W B Williams, City Engineer F.T.Williame.
Commissioner $ 0 Chase introduced Resolution ~2, entitled.:
' A Resolution providing for the paving, repaying, hard surfacing and re-hard su~facing
of San Jn~- Ave. and 8an Carlos Ave. from FirstSt. north to Seminole Boulevard, a width
of 32 feet.'
and moved that same be adopted.
Said motion being duly seconded prevailed by the unanimous vote of the City
Commission.
Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the City Commission
had unanimously passed and adopted above mentioned resolution
Commissioner 8 0 Chase then introduced Resolution 3~3, entitled:
' A Resolution providing £or the paving re-paving hard surfacing and re-hard surfacing
of Franklin Street from Summerlin Ave. west to a point 35 ft. west of the lot line ex-
tended between lots 12 and 13 in the Plat of Wynnewood, a width of 2~ feet.m
and moved that same be adopted.
Said motion being duly seconded, prevailed by the unanimous vote of the City
Commie si on.
ThereupOn the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the Oity Commission
had unanimously passed and adopted above mentioned resolution ~3~3.
Oommissioner S O Chase then introduced Resolution ~3~d~, entitled.
' A Resolution providing for the paving, re-paving, hard surfacing and re-hard surfacing
of Seminole Boulevard from Sanford Avenue east to San Carlos Ave. a width of
and moved that same' be adopted.
Said motion being duly seconded, prevailed by the unanimous vote of the City

Thereupon the Chairman of the O~ Commission a~unoed that the 0ity Commission
had unanimously passed and adopted above mentioned resolution
A proposed ordinance regulating.the sale of fire-arms in the City was submitted
and laid over without action, o
A proposed ordinance in reference to bankrupt sales etc. was submitted, and laid
over without action.
Comm~ioation from Mx R C DuBose submitting f~t rate for insurance of autos
owned by the 0ity , and on motion duly adopted Mx DuBose was designated as the writing
medium agent to handle this business for the City.
Upon motion duly adopted the 01erk was instructed to pay to the Sanford Paint
& Wall Paper 0o. architects estimate ~5~8 $99.0~ for painting on Yacht Olub house,
drawing warrant on the Bond Trustees , account Dock & Board Basin.
Communication from Sanford 0hamber of Commence , Re: water fror~ improvements
read and filed.
0ommunication from Marvania Co. Re: paving certain streets read and filed.
Mr M B Hutton came before the Commission relative to paving contract
and it appearing from the City Engineer,s estimate that same had been finished satis-
factorily to the City; the Clerk was instructed to release the Independence Indemnity
