regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida at the City Hall
at Sanford Florida on the 15th day of June 1927 at 2:30 O,Clock P.M.
Present: Commissioners Forrest Lake;S 0 Chase and E F Housholder.
City Attorney, George A DeOottes; City Manager W, B Williams.
At 2:30 O'Clock P M the Ohairman of the Commission , Forrest Lake, announced that the
hou~ had arrived for the opening of bids for the purchase of four several issues of
bonds aggregating the sum of one million forty thousand ($1,O40,OOO.00) Dollars , author:
by Ordinance Nos. 113, 117, 119, 120 and 145 of the City of Sanford, Florida , heretofore
duly adopted.
Thereupon, all sealed bids received by the City ~ommission were ordered to b e eden-
ed and read, the following bids were then and there opened and read.
Bid No. 1 Prudden & Company and the Brown Crummer
Company For the $1,0~0.00 Oity of Sanford
Florida, 5~% bonds as advertised. We offer yo
$947,752.00 and accrued interest to date of
delivery, delivery to be made at the Atlantic
National Bank, Jacksonville, Florida.

and accrued interest to date of delive~y.
After due consideration of the bids submitted, both of said bids were rejected.
The Clerk was directed to forthwith return to each bidder the good faith check submitte~
with each bid.
The Commission then took a recess until 2 :O0 O,Clock P M June 16~h. 1927.
